TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All drivers of the vehicle must hold a full licence and sign an indemnity form prior to driving the car. A copy of each drivers licence will be required. The vehicle provided will depend on availability and can be discussed on arranging the date of collection. Pick up of the vehicle will be from Rolfe Classic BMW on a Friday afternoon and it will need to be returned to Rolfe Classic BMW on Monday morning. Winners name to be advised by Andrew Cullens, fundraiser for the Hartley Cycle Challenge 2019. Please advise dietary requirements at time of booking. Lunch is subject to availability. The prize must be claimed before 30.06.2020 and the BMW element of the prize may be booked on a different weekend if desired. Both elements of the prize are arranged through Rolfe Classic BMW. Every effort will be made to provide the prize as described, however the prize subject to availability and change at discretion of Rolfe Classic BMW.
