Our experienced project managers and engineers provide expert project and program management services across all aspects of capability delivery and management, and infrastructure and estate strategy and delivery. Our service offering also includes engineering advisory, strategic communications, defence industry support and business performance improvement and ICT delivery.
Forge was established in 2017 and is veteran owned and operated. Our company has a track record of more than a decade of outstanding client delivery across high-profile, complex projects across Australia and internationally. We have footprints in Canberra, Brisbane, Bundaberg, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast and Sydney and work flexibly to our clients' needs.

Defence Capability Practice
Steve is a decorated Defence Capability Professional with over 30 years' experience in the Federal Government and Defence Sector. He has built and led teams in the delivery of complex multi-billion dollar programs across the Capability Life Cycle in the Land and Joint Domains. His experience covers both Capability Manager and Delivery Agency responsibilities. Steve brings extensive Contracting and Procurement insights to bear for our clients.

Andrew joins Forge after a highly successful career spanning two decades in the Australian Army. During his service Andrew worked in a range of organisations across Defence including Joint and Interagency Task Forces, both in Australia and on operations. Andrew's strong defence experience and operational excellence continues to deliver value to our team and our clients.

Mick Cook is an award-winning strategic communications and stakeholder engagement professional with 23 years’ experience in Defence managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams. He has managed programs and delivered projects in the fields of explosive ordnance, capability introduction, training & education, sensitive issue management, and digital engagement.

Principal - Defence Capability
Bec is a performance-focused Project Manager with over 20-years' experience in the Government, Defence and private sectors. Bec has experience across capability development, contracting, logistics operations and management and human capital engagements, primarily within the Information and Cyber and Land Domains.

Principal - Defence Infrastructure
Stretton is a Defence project management professional with over 20 years of experience. His stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge of the organisation and Estate Life Cycle processes have seen him successfully integrate the Facilities and Training Area FIC across multiple projects. Stretton is known for his ability to quickly understand context and work at high capacity in complex and fast paced environments.

Chris is a Certified Senior Practicing Project Manager with almost 20 years’ experience developing and delivering civil and vertical projects throughout Australia and around
the world. Chris can quickly adapt to changing environments and competing priorities and is a strong communicator who engages effectively across the spectrum of project stakeholders, from clients and designers, through to contractors and end users.

Matt has over 15 years’ experience in the strategy, delivery, operation and maintenance of complex systems within safety and mission critical environments for civil and military applications. He brings a proven track record in delivering balanced solutions to ambiguous and novel problems through his abilities to communicate with stakeholders, manage complex change and ensure risks are appropriately managed to deliver optimal outcomes.
